On October 1, 2020, we updated our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These new conditions will become revised as of October 19, 2020. Effective November 1, 2020.  If you continue to use our products and services on or after this date, you are consenting to the updates. Amendment to Creative Resource Personal Affairs

 

Credit Management Contractual Agreement and Terms

 

As of October 19, 2020, the contract entitled Creative Resource Personal Affairs monthly credit management agreement effective as of November 1, 2020 for the following parties;

  

Creative Resource Foundation, LLC doing business as Creative Resource Personal Affairs and active credit management client has new contractual agreement terms of:

  

The agreement and terms with Creative Resource Personal Affairs.

 

Creative Resource Personal Affairs hereby agrees to perform the following:

  1. To evaluate Customer's current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. To advise Customer as to the necessary steps to be taken on the part of Customer in conjunction with Our Company, to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained in the customer's credit reports.

  2. To prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in customer's credit reports.

  3. To review credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.  Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.

  4. Monthly coaching calls once a month. 

  5. All communication will be completed through your private portal access only.

 

Based on the original contract will be amended to read as follows:

  3. To review credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.  Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.

  4. Monthly coaching calls are provided as needed only. Will have to schedule an appointment and receive a confirmation from CRPA direct management team. 

  5. All communication will be completed through your private portal access first and then conference call will need to be requested through your private client portal access.

 

In addition to the original contract will be amended to read as follows: 

  

  1. Monthly payments are due on the 5th of each calendar date of recurring monthly. 

  2. $299.99 enrollment fee for this program until October 31, 2020. (Unless the client enrolls during an adjustable, discounted or agreeable rate approved by Creative Resource Personal Affair Management Team.) $499.99 enrollment or re-enrollment fee for this program will be effective as of November 5, 2020. However, if the client enrolls during an adjustable, discounted or agreeable rate approved by Creative Resource Personal Affair Management Team.)

  3. $150.47 with tax monthly payment (recurring each month as agreed as auto draft payments). Monthly fees are subject to change.

  4. $25 late fees after 3 business days of credit management monthly invoice remaining balance has not been paid in full, missed appointment without rescheduling within 24 hours, and if client monthly credit management recurring payment is declined without communication related to Creative Resource Personal Affairs management team. Contact customer service if the payment arrangement is needed 832-520-2373 directly. Please leave a clear voicemail in the case a staff member is not able to answer your call at any time.

  5. Credit monitoring services is $29.99 through Identity Club only while enrolled in the program each month which will be auto-draft from Identity Club monthly. This charge is a 3rd Party fee and not associated to be accepted by Creative Resource Personal Affairs team members.

  6. For a quick response please send through your private portal access only with the subject line: Need an emergency response. Please DO NOT SEND A TEXT MESSAGE, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGE OF ANY KIND, EMAIL OUTSIDE OF YOUR PORTAL ACCESS. Communication will be received and replied to via portal access only during operational business hours. Our CEO will no longer response to any direct personal information pertaining to your personal or business credit needs nor informational instructions. 

  7. Credit management services will continue to be recurring until the client completes a cancelation acknowledgement form for $150.47 monthly ongoing. There are no minimum contractual terms after 6 months of credit management services. Reference cancellation terms.

  8. Understand once your monthly balance is 60 days late, your account will be forward to collections. Once your balance is 90 days late, your account will be filed as a public record with the state of Texas. The account will not be removed until full balance is paid in full of no discounts attached. The client fully understands any additional fees including court cost, attorney fees, filing fees and late charges are the client responsibility once account is 60 days late.

 

 

Disclaimer: Invoices will not be sent monthly for auto draft payments. No cash or check payments will be accepted. Pricing may be changed at any time without further notice.

This estimate of services is an approximation and is not guaranteed. The estimate is based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. Estimate valid for 30 days. Please speak directly with an associate.


 

Sharing and Disclosing Information

Creative Resource Foundation, LLC doing business as Creative Resource Personal Affairs will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write email service@thecrf.co. If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

  

These changes are the only changes to the original contractual agreement, terms and conditions. The entire remainder of the original contract remains in full force. This Amendment shall be effective as of October 19, 2020.
